We had a rally today, and tried to ask the Mayor to explain his actions during the City Council meeting.  Thanks to those who attended, and especially to those who spoke up.  While NotWithSam.com organized this event, it was the brave residents, none of whom had previously spoken to the City Council, that made this effort effective.
