City Council Information
We will meet at 9 AM at the 4th street entrance to City Hall (map).

The meeting does not begin until 9:30, but it will probably fill up by 9:15, if not earlier.  Also, give yourself time to park if you are driving in.
Talking Points:

Speaking:
There are two methods to sign-up.

  • To speak at a specific council meeting, you can sign up at 9 AM outside the council chambers to speak on specific agenda items, which are usually open to public input.  Unfortunately, this week's agenda is pretty much closed to public comment, which is no accident.
  • If you do speak to a specific agenda item, you should stay with the topic on hand, but you should tie the agenda item in with your issues of trust and leadership in the city goverment.
  •  The following week's city council meeting requires you to sign up at the auditor's office (in City Hall) by Thursday afternoon.  You can speak on any topic that you wish for three minutes.

With any questions, contact the City Auditor's Office by e-mail, or call 503-823-4078

Note that you may not speak to Consent Agenda items.
